Crypto trading carries substantial risk. Market conditions can lead to rapid asset value changes. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including potential asset loss. CoinSwapKing.com does not offer investment advice.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." CoinSwapKing.com disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses. Our liability is capped at fees collected over the last three months.

CoinSwapKing.com charges a service fee of 1% per transaction. Refunds may be provided at our discretion and are only applicable in specific cases (e.g., system error). Transactions marked as "Confirmed" are final and non-refundable.
